Our products and services

Classworkwear supplies workwear, uniforms, teamwear, sportswear and branded clothing. Many products can be personalised using embroidery, print or other decoration methods, depending on the garment, artwork and placement.

The website may allow you to choose products, select colours and sizes, upload artwork, add text, choose decoration positions, save order details and complete checkout.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products and services. Your order is only accepted when we confirm that it can be processed.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorisation, artwork suitability and any checks we need to carry out before production. We may refuse, cancel or refund an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, artwork is unsuitable, or the order appears to breach these terms.

Pricing, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies, prices may be shown excluding VAT or including VAT depending on the VAT display setting selected on the website.

Prices, delivery charges, product availability and promotional offers may change without notice. If an obvious pricing error is found, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless we have agreed alternative payment terms in writing. Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on this website.

Artwork, logos and customer content

You are responsible for making sure that any logo, name, design, image, text, trade mark or other content you upload or send to us can legally be used on the products you order.

By uploading or sending artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission from the owner to use it for embroidery, printing or other decoration. You agree that your artwork must not infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy rights or any other rights of another person or organisation.

You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, placement, sizes, quantities and all customisation details before confirming your order. If we provide a proof or preview, it is your responsibility to review it carefully before production starts.

Customised and personalised goods

Products that are personalised, embroidered, printed or otherwise customised to your instructions are made specifically for your order.

Customised goods are generally non-returnable and cannot usually be cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty, not as described or supplied incorrectly.

If there is a problem with a customised item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the issue so we can review it.

Delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless we clearly agree otherwise in writing. Production and delivery times may be affected by artwork approval, product availability, order size, supplier delays, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Returns and cancellations

For plain, non-customised products, your return rights depend on the type of customer, the product condition and the circumstances of the order. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and with any packaging or labels where applicable.

Personalised and custom-made items are treated differently because they are produced to your instructions. These items are generally only returnable if they are faulty, not as described or supplied incorrectly.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

You should contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Intellectual property

The website design, layout, text, graphics, images, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to Class Workwear Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may use the website for browsing and ordering only.

We may suspend access to the website, refuse an order, cancel an order or remove content where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, unlawful content has been uploaded, payment has failed, or the order cannot be fulfilled safely or lawfully.

Governing law
