These are needed to provide the website and services you request, so they cannot be switched off through Cookie Preferences.
Basket and account session information is kept for up to seven days. Your VAT preference may be remembered for up to 30 days, your cookie choices for up to 180 days, and a short-lived order confirmation record for up to 30 minutes.
Functional cookies
Functional cookies support optional features such as saved logos and our customer help centre. They are off by default and can be enabled or disabled at any time through Cookie Preferences.
If Functional cookies are enabled, recent logo choices can be remembered on your device and the OpenWidget help centre may load automatically. If they are disabled, you can still open Support when you need it, and the help service will load only when you choose to use it. Saved logo information on your device is removed when Functional cookies are turned off.
Analytics
We do not currently use Google Analytics or other analytics tags. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required before using them.
Advertising
We do not currently use Google Ads, remarketing or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required before using them.
Managing your choices
You can accept, reject or change your optional cookie choices at any time. Rejecting optional cookies will not stop you from browsing the website, using your basket or completing checkout.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies or browser storage may prevent some essential basket, checkout or account features from working correctly.
Third-party services
Stripe and PayPal provide our payment services and may use cookies or similar technologies when you use their checkout services. Brevo supports our email communications, and OpenWidget provides our customer help centre. These providers handle information in accordance with their own privacy information.
