Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, scripts and other methods that store information on, or access information from, your device.

We use these technologies only for the purposes described below. Optional technologies remain disabled unless you choose to enable them or deliberately request a feature such as live chat.

These technologies are required to operate the shop, provide a service you request, keep the website secure or remember a setting you deliberately choose. They cannot be switched off through our preference panel.

• Consent preference: cw_cookie_consent records your choices for up to 180 days.
• Basket session: a first-party cart identifier keeps products and customisation linked to your basket for up to seven days.
• Customer session: cw_customer_token keeps an authenticated account signed in for up to seven days.
• Order confirmation: cw_guest_order_success is a short-lived, protected order-success record kept for up to 30 minutes.
• VAT display preference: cw_vat_mode remembers whether you selected prices including or excluding VAT for up to 30 days.
• Payments and fraud prevention: Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies when you use checkout so that payments, fraud prevention and payment security work correctly.

Functional technologies support optional features. They are disabled by default and can be enabled or rejected through our cookie preference panel.

• Brevo Conversations: if Functional is enabled, Brevo live chat may load automatically. If Functional is rejected, the Classworkwear chat button remains visible and Brevo loads only when you deliberately open chat. Brevo may then receive the page address, technical information and messages needed to provide the conversation.
• Guest saved logos: cw_saved_logos_v1 can store up to ten recent logo references in local storage on your device. It is removed when Functional is rejected and can also be cleared through your browser.

We do not currently load Google Analytics or another analytics tag. When analytics is enabled in the future, it will remain blocked until Analytics consent is granted, this policy will be updated and the preference panel will display an Analytics choice.

We do not currently load Google Ads conversion or remarketing tags. When advertising measurement or remarketing is enabled in the future, it will remain blocked until Advertising consent is granted, this policy will be updated and the preference panel will display an Advertising choice.

You can accept, reject or change optional choices at any time. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent you from browsing, using your basket or completing checkout.

You can also delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking all storage may prevent essential basket, checkout or account features from working.

Stripe and Brevo operate under their own privacy information. Their technologies are used only for the payment, security, email or live-chat purposes described in this policy. External websites reached through links from Classworkwear have their own cookie practices.
