Lawful bases
- Contract: to provide a product or service, manage an account or take requested steps before a contract.

Orders, artwork and customisation
We use order details and artwork to produce personalised workwear, uniforms, teamwear and branded clothing. You should upload only content you are entitled to use. Artwork may be retained where needed for the order, repeat work, customer support or legal records.
Payments
Stripe processes card and wallet payments. We do not store full card details. We may receive payment status, billing details, transaction references and fraud-prevention information needed to confirm payment and fulfil an order.
Brevo email and live chat
Brevo provides newsletter delivery and live chat. When you subscribe, Brevo processes your email address and subscription status. When you deliberately open live chat, or permit Functional technologies, Brevo may process technical information, the page address, conversation messages and contact details you choose to provide.
You can unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in an email. Live chat remains available after optional cookies are rejected, but the Brevo service loads only when you deliberately open it.
Analytics and Google Ads
Google Analytics and Google Ads website tags are not currently active. If they are enabled later, they will be blocked until the relevant Analytics or Advertising consent is granted. We will update our policies and clearly identify Google before those technologies are used.
Who we share information with
- Payment and fraud-prevention providers, including Stripe.
- Email and live-chat providers, including Brevo.
- Delivery and fulfilment partners needed to deliver orders.
- Hosting, database, storage, security and technical providers.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use providers and safeguards intended to protect personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection requirements.
Cookies and device storage
We use necessary storage for basket, checkout, account, security and requested preferences. Optional functional, analytics and advertising technologies are controlled through our consent system. Read our Cookie policy for categories, providers and durations.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention and business records. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, subject to a limited suppression record where necessary to respect that choice.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No website or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep account credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, receive or transfer personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Requests can be sent to sales@classworkwear.com. We may need to verify your identity.
Children and external websites
The website is intended for customers able to place orders lawfully. We do not knowingly collect children's information for marketing. External websites have their own privacy practices and are not controlled by Classworkwear.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our website, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published here. Questions can be sent to sales@classworkwear.com.
