We use order details and artwork to produce personalised workwear, uniforms, teamwear and branded clothing. You should upload only content you are entitled to use. Artwork may be retained where needed for the order, repeat work, customer support or legal records.

Stripe processes card and wallet payments. We do not store full card details. We may receive payment status, billing details, transaction references and fraud-prevention information needed to confirm payment and fulfil an order.

Brevo provides newsletter and email delivery, including transactional and website contact-form messages. When you subscribe or contact us, Brevo may process your email address, subscription status and the message information needed to deliver the email.

OpenWidget, provided by Text, Inc., supplies the website help centre, FAQ and support form. When it loads, OpenWidget may process technical information and the page address. If you submit its support form, it also processes the name, email address and message you provide so the enquiry can be delivered to Classworkwear.

You can unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in an email. OpenWidget loads automatically only when Functional technologies are enabled, or when you deliberately open the help centre.

We use Google Analytics 4 only when you grant Analytics consent through Cookie Preferences. It helps us understand visits, page views, navigation and website interactions so we can monitor performance and improve the customer experience.

Google Ads website tags, remarketing and advertising cookies are not currently active. If we enable advertising technologies in the future, they will remain blocked until the relevant Advertising consent is granted, and we will update our policies before using them.
