How our pricing works
Most personalised workwear orders are made up of three parts: the blank garment cost, the customisation application cost and any one-time setup cost that applies to the artwork.
Product pages show garment prices before customisation. When you add embroidery or print, the customisation cost is calculated separately so you can clearly see what is being added to your order.
Garment prices
Garment prices vary by product type, brand, size range and order quantity. Quantity discounts may apply, so ordering more of the same item can reduce the garment price per piece.
The product page and basket will show the current calculated price for the garments you have selected.
Printing prices
Printing is charged per application. For example, one printed logo on one T-shirt counts as one application. Three printed logos on five T-shirts count as fifteen applications.

Embroidery prices
Embroidery is charged per application. Standard embroidery pricing is suitable for most common workwear logo placements, such as left breast, sleeve and nape of neck embroidery.

Large front or back embroidery applications are charged at £8.99 per application, excluding VAT.
One-time setup charges
Setup charges cover the preparation of artwork so it can be used for embroidery or print. Text setup is charged at £4.99 and logo setup at £8.99 for both techniques. These are one-time charges for each new setup, and all setup prices shown below exclude VAT.

Once an embroidery setup has been paid for, repeat orders using the same prepared artwork should not need the same setup charge again.
Bulk orders and tailored quotes
Automatic online garment and customisation pricing is available for quantities up to 499. Orders of 500 items or more require a tailored quote so we can confirm stock, production capacity, lead time, delivery and the most suitable commercial price. Contact our team.
VAT, delivery and final order totals
All prices in this guide are shown excluding VAT. Product pages and the basket can show prices with or without VAT depending on your selected storefront display setting. Delivery charges are calculated during checkout based on the available shipping method and order eligibility.
