Customise your order in 3 simple steps:

- Select the sizes and quantities you need.
- Add the item to your basket, then choose embroidery or printing options where available.
If anything needs checking, our team will contact you before production so the artwork, placement and order details are clear.

02When will my order be dispatched and delivered?
Standard UK mainland delivery is available on all personalised and non-personalised orders.
We aim to dispatch non-personalised garments within 2–4 working days, while personalised garments are typically dispatched within 4–7 working days.
Where required, our team may contact you to confirm artwork details before personalised production begins.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking reference as soon as your order has been dispatched.
03Do you charge for delivery?
Standard UK mainland delivery is £5.99. Delivery is free on all orders over £99 ex VAT.
