File types we accept
You can upload your image or logo file online with our easy to use ordering process. We accept mot files but the best quality artwork is usually .jpg, png, .eps, ai, pdf. The maximum size file you can upload per logo is 5mb.
Logo or artwork quality
In general, you should try and upload the highest possible quality version of your logo or image you have to ensure the best printing results. We generally ask for files to be 300 DPI or higher. If you upload a file that is too low quality to print or embroider, our team will contact you to discuss how best to proceed because we check every order to ensure it will look as good as possible. Additionally if your logo or artwork is in poor quality then you can simply use our image redraw service online while you are placing your order. Then we will redraw your art work to improve the required quality to printing at additional onetime fee.
Image transparency
The best image is one with a transparent background. A transparent background allows us to overlay your logo and create a mock-up. PNG or SVG files will generally have a transparent background. Our professional production team is well used to removing the background from artwork files before production and by default this is what they will do. But it is best practice to upload your own image with transparent background to minimise any confusion and speedup the process.
Positions we can print and embroider
We can print and embroider your logo or text in a wide range of positions; the positions available depend on the garments you select. Typical positions include left or right breast, full width across the front chest, left or right sleeve, full width across the top of the back and so on. During the online ordering process you will able to choose your desired printing or embroidery locations as you wish. Maximum sizes we can print and embroider
The maximum width for print is 36cm. For embroidery the maximum width we can produce is 40cm. The height of your logo or image will automatically be scaled based on the width you select.
